Amy Bell is a Loan Partner and has worked on the Apex team for almost 20 years. For more than 15 years, Amy has served on a team that has been consistently ranked among the top 1% of mortgage bankers nationwide. In addition to Amy's Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation, which speaks to her mortgage planning expertise in working with financial advisers to tailor a mortgage that complements long-term financial goals, she is also a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), trained in both collaborative and mediation processes, which allows her to effectively work on Professional Divorce teams.


Amy graduated from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business. Amy lives in Virginia with her husband Dwayne and four teenagers, James, Adrianna, Audrey and Evan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafts, ghost hunting and has an immense passion for traveling.
